With all 52 Risks on one page, business owners, directors, executives, and managers can seek to identify and then consider the business risks their organization will face. Business leaders can also discuss the specific risk appetite for each risk in the 52 Risks® risk taxonomy.
The infographic can be used in a wide variety of ways. This can be from kicking off a risk conversation in the board room or around the executive table to in-depth discussions about corporate strategy. The framework can also be used as key foundational component of a risk management framework and development of a business or organization’s risk taxonomy.
