Strategic Risks
Strategic Risks are larger, macro and often enterprise wide risks that have the ability to affect the shape and nature of a significant part of a firm or organization’s businesses, in the short medium or long term. These risks impact a businesses’ activities and will affect its ability to achieve its longer term business and financial goals. The risks can be external or internal risks and may or may not be within the firm or organization’s control.
Under the 52 Risks® framework there are 19 Strategic Risks. The risks are:
